Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS OH MY!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopsoutherngirl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible! Contact us at hello@shopsoutherngirl.com.

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service at hello@shopsoutherngirl.com.

If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps at hello@shopsoutherngirl.com and put "DAMAGED SHIPMENT" in the subject. Please keep all tags in place and we will work with you to get this issue resolved in a timely manner.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned especially during COVID-19, like stickers, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), limited edition products, sale items, swimwear, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Make sure that is the gift you want to give before purchase, please.


Exchanges
Once the return is accepted we will send out your exchange item, no worries. Exchanges are for the same item or similar if out of stock and no backorders are available.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We thank you for your patience and grace.
